By accessing or using IndAI Academy, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must not use our services.

• Membership is open to individuals aged 18 or above, including students, homemakers, professionals, retirees, and indie developers.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• A membership fee may apply, which grants access to AI tools, app-building platforms, APIs, community directory, and resources.

• All apps developed under IndAI Academy are the legal property of Innovai Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
• Members are entitled to profit-sharing based on mutually agreed project terms.
• Innovai retains publishing rights, platform control, and revenue handling.

• Profit sharing is calculated on net earnings after expenses and platform fees.
• Percentages and terms are defined in advance for each project and documented via agreement.
• Disbursements will occur quarterly or as agreed.

• Members may contribute at any or all stages:
  Design → Develop → Test → Publish → Market → Monetize → Customer Support → Feedback Loop.
• Members may list their skills and advertise their pricing in the internal directory, allowing others to hire them.
• Participation does not guarantee income or project allocation.

• All members must act with professionalism, honesty, and respect.
• Unethical behavior, plagiarism, or misuse of platform resources will lead to suspension or permanent ban.
• Innovai has the right to take appropriate action for any policy violations.

• Apps, branding, tools, and platform resources are owned by Innovai Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
• Redistribution, copying, or resale outside the platform is prohibited without written consent.

• Members must not disclose project-related data, internal operations, or financial arrangements.
• Breach of confidentiality may result in termination and legal consequences.

• Innovai is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from your use of the platform.
• Services are provided “as is” without guarantees of availability, performance, or success.

• Innovai reserves the right to suspend or remove any member for breach of these Terms.
• Upon termination, access to services and projects will be revoked.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of IndAI Academy implies acceptance of the latest version.
